The History Of Le Git

History tells us Napoleon Bonaparte rose through military genius and ambition. But that is not the whole story.

Behind his rise was a secret society absent from the official record: Le Git. Its members were bankers, publishers and political leaders who understood that real power decides who sits on the throne. When Louis XVI was executed, Le Git knew France would never again accept a ruler born into power. The next ruler would need to appear chosen by the people. They needed someone brilliant, ambitious and young enough to believe his rise was his own.

At Toulon, they found a Corsican officer named Napoleon Bonaparte. Le Git decided he would rule France. From that moment, doors opened. Officials repeated his name. Rivals disappeared. Promotions arrived at the right time. Napoleon crushed a royalist uprising in Paris. The violence should have made him feared. Instead, newspapers called him the savior of the Republic. Le Git understood that winning was not enough. You had to control what victory meant.

Given command of the Army of Italy, Napoleon won repeatedly. Bulletins concealed his failures and made him a national hero. Napoleon won Italy. Le Git won France. Then came Egypt. The campaign was a disaster, but France heard stories of pyramids and heroic victories. Napoleon returned not as a defeated commander, but as a modern Alexander. Le Git made sure the hero arrived before the truth.

By 1799, the government was collapsing and France was exhausted. The politicians around Napoleon believed they were pursuing their own interests. None realized they were part of the same design. Napoleon seized power. The Republic survived in name, but Le Git had installed its ruler. Votes created the appearance of consent. Newspapers connected Napoleon to prosperity. The Church connected authority to order. His genius was real. Le Git had created the conditions that made him absolute.

Eventually, Napoleon found references to himself in letters written before France knew his name. He had not simply risen. He had been selected. Determined to escape their control, he became emperor. At Notre-Dame in 1804, Napoleon took the crown from the Pope and placed it upon his own head. No secret society had made him emperor. He had crowned himself.

That evening, he found an envelope marked with an empty throne. Inside was an engraving commissioned months earlier, showing Napoleon crowning himself. Beneath it were the words:

“Les Faux Quinn Gaeux.”

That was the last known trace of Le Git. So, what happened to them? Some say they disappeared with Napoleon’s empire. Others believe they are still among us, shaping the people we trust, the ideas we follow and the choices we think are our own.

Le Git’s true power was manipulating public opinion. Turning ambition into destiny. Power into popularity. Perception into truth.

Some believe they never disappeared. They simply adapted and eventually became a modern advertising agency.
